What your lender handles
Once you have signed with a lender, that lender services your loan. Payment dates, payoff quotes, due-date changes, and hardship options all live with the company named in your loan agreement, and its contact details appear on the agreement and in your account portal. We are glad to help you figure out who to call, but we cannot change the terms of a loan we did not make.
